The subject of the project is the implementation of own R&D works and the new global cloud system Pro-Control.online. The project consists in extending the existing building of the company's production plant and retrofitting its infrastructure in order to adapt the company's assets to the needs of implementing its own, internal R&D works consisting in the introduction of 2 process innovations in the production of a number of proprietary products and the introduction of a new global Pro- cloud service to the company's offer. Control.online, which is a product innovation. The results of R&D works mainly concern the development of a new, innovative method of gluing plastic elements (components of a number of the company's products) and the development of a unique method of producing masks used in the process of sputtering gold discs in phantoms to assess the threshold contrast in mammography. Thanks to the application of the above-mentioned technology, it will be possible to produce improved products, which, with their quality and precision as well as measurement accuracy, combined with the new version of the Pro-Control.online service, will provide comprehensive solutions for the quality control of diagnostic devices unrivaled on the global market and will allow for carrying out inspections with hitherto unparalleled ease and precision.
The following investments are planned as part of the project:
- Expansion of the company's plant building with room equipment
- Adaptation of the room for the X-ray laboratory and purchase of a mammography apparatus
- Purchase of specialized machines and devices: CO2 laser, CNC lathe, autoclave, distiller, 2 CNC milling plotters, mammography apparatus, sandblaster, compressor with accessories
- Purchase of the new Pro-Control.online global cloud system
The goal of the project is to strengthen the company's competitiveness and innovation through:
- implementation of the results of own, internal R&D works consisting in introducing 2 process innovations in the production of a number of own products
- implementation of the new Pro-Control.online global cloud system
- expansion of the company's existing production plant
- retrofitting the company's infrastructure to adjust the company's assets to the needs of implementing R&D works
- improvement of a number of proprietary products, which, with their quality and precision of workmanship and measurement accuracy, in combination with the new version of the Pro-Control.online service, will constitute comprehensive solutions for the quality control of diagnostic devices unrivaled in the global market and will allow for carrying out inspections with unparalleled ease and precision
Detailed goals:
- optimization and improvement of the production process through the purchase of advanced production equipment, which, in combination with the currently owned machinery park, will increase the company's production capacity
- increase in employment by creating new jobs, thus contributing to the reduction of the unemployment level in the Chełm poviat

Development of PRO-PROJECT by launching the innovative Pro-CT mk II phantom for quality control of tomographic devices

The subject of the project is the implementation of Pro-Project's own research and development results, which will allow the introduction of an innovative product to the market - a phantom for quality control of computer tomograph imaging. The results of R&D works mainly concern the development of technology for the production of substances equivalent to human tissue and the design of the Pro-CT mk II phantom structure for quality control of computer tomographs with dedicated software.
As part of the project, the company intends to build a transformer station and launch a Pro-CT mk II phantom production line. In order to launch the production line, specialized equipment was planned to be purchased - 3 CNC milling plotters, a laser marking machine, a production line for tissue equivalent materials, a precise microscope and measuring tools, a precision rolling mill and software for analyzing images obtained from phantoms. Thanks to these investment expenditures, it will be possible to implement R&D works.
The goal of the project is to strengthen the company's competitiveness and innovation through:
- implementation of the results of R&D works, as a result of which a modern production line will be launched, thanks to which the Pro-CT mk II phantom will be introduced to the market for quality control of tomographic devices
- optimization and improvement of the production process through the purchase of advanced production equipment, which, in combination with the currently owned machinery park, will increase the company's production capacity
- significant expansion of the infrastructure necessary to conduct R&D works
